We had the best time with Jenoa and Colin on our Pastry Baking class in Paris! Our pastry chef, Jennifer Pogmore, was an excellent instructor! I can't wait to bake everything we tried in Paris. She was very experienced and explained everything very well. Her demonstrations were very helpful. The schedule was well planned out and we were able to do some sight seeing during our free time. Our accommodations were excellent. Colin and Jenoa looked after us and met all of our needs graciously. We couldn't have asked for better hosts! We also enjoyed everyone in our group. It was a fun group to work with. Everyone got along well. This helped to make the entire experience so amazing. We definitely will remember this trip forever!!!

What an amazing trip! Jenoa + Colin planned the perfect foodie getaway. We were able to learn many valuable tips from Jennifer that I’ve already been able to apply at home. With a pastry tour, chocolate tour, biking through Champagne, making all of the delicious pastries, and getting to know our fellow trip-goers, we covered all of the bases that I could have hoped for. Everything was very well organized. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a food adventure :)

Once in a lifetime trip! Jenoa and Colin are amazing, the trip was incredible, and Jennifer’s pastry expertise is unparalleled! Regardless of baking skill level, I highly recommend going on this trip. I am a novice baker at best and had never been to Europe. Colin and Jenoa made the travel logistics so easy and I walked away with the best memories & cannot wait to make these recipes at home.

I was looking for a baking class that would make me more comfortable with French pastry when I can across Stay Awhile. I couldn’t be happier with this trip service. Stay Awhile provided more than I could've asked for - new experiences, access to local guides to learn about the city and culture, and new friends. Jenoa and Colin were so well organized and even provided us with amazing recommendations for food and spots to visit outside of the itinerary. Their decision to partner with a local guide really enhanced the experience and made me feel like a local myself. Jenoa and Colin's passion for this can be seen through their thoughtfully planned itineraries and responsive communication before and throughout the entire trip. With the focus on small-group sizes, it was very easy to get to know everyone and it really felt like I was travelling with friends the entire time.

Our time in Italy would not have been nearly as painless or enjoyable if not for Stay Awhile! Even leading up to the trip, communication was easy and Jenoa was always helpful answering questions. The trip was very planned well, leaving free time to explore outside of the itinerary and to really get to know the city. You can tell how much effort was put into planning to ensure a personalized and unique experience, especially their eye in choosing and partnering with a local guide who gave the very best recommendations for everything related to food. Even during days when we didn’t have activities planned in the itinerary, Jenoa and Colin were both super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and eat for other trips we took. With the small group size, it felt like we were travelling with a group of friends rather than just with a tour company — I truly enjoyed everyone’s company and am grateful Stay Awhile brought us together for a month!
